I started to build my scene, starting with the gate I wanted to have a gate that had loads of decorations on them to make them look a bit old fashioned and elegant, because my scene is about ice skating. I have started to develop more of my designs by texturing the ice and snow to see if the gate and floor connect well.
I was looking at frozen lakes to get an Idea of what my scene could look like and take some ideas from these images shown below:
